清晨起身心自安 整理衣履步從寬

Rise in the morning with a peaceful heart, dress neatly and walk with ease

見到長輩先問安 柔聲出口氣自安

Greet elders first with respect, speak gently and remain calm

行走不爭也不趕 讓人一步天地寬

Do not rush or compete when walking, yield a step and the world opens wide

言語柔和不生端 和氣盈門自久安

Speak kindly without conflict, harmony fills the home with lasting peace

 

不貪不取念自安 不急不躁意自安

Without greed or taking, the mind is at peace; without haste or agitation, the heart is at ease

應下之事必能辦 言出必行人自安

Fulfill what you promise, keep your word and you will be at peace

 

弟子有規本不難（不難）簡簡單單得心安（心安）

A disciple’s guidelines are not hard (not hard), simplicity brings peace of mind (peace of mind)

守住一念就是安（就是安）越走越穩越平安（平安）

Guard a single thought and there is peace (there is peace), the steadier you walk, the more secure you become (secure)

不爭不搶自然安（自然安）不煩不亂心常安（心常安）

Without competing or grasping, peace comes naturally (naturally);
without worry or chaos, the heart remains at peace (at peace)

一點一滴慢慢攢（慢慢攢）回頭一看皆是安（皆是安）

Bit by bit, you accumulate (slowly), and looking back, all is peace (all is peace)

 

飲食不挑亦不貪 一粥一飯得其安

Be not picky or greedy in food, each simple meal brings contentment

衣著整潔不求繁 樸實之中見真安

Dress neatly without excess, in simplicity lies true peace

見人有難不旁觀 伸手之間種福安

Do not stand by when others are in need, lend a hand and plant blessings

日日行善不求還 回身已在福中安

Do good daily without seeking return, and you will already be within blessings

是非當前心不翻 退後一步天地寬

When faced with conflict, do not waver; step back and the world widens

忍得一時氣自散 轉念之間萬事安

Endure for a moment and anger dissolves; with a shift of thought, all is at peace

把心放下萬事安（萬事安）人間處處有溫暖（溫暖）

Let go of burdens and all is at peace (all is peace), warmth exists everywhere in the world (warmth)

不急不躁路不彎（路不彎）穩穩走過每一關（每一關）

Without haste or agitation, the path stays straight (straight), steadily passing every stage (every stage)

從今往後慢慢看（慢慢看）此生到處皆是安（皆是安）

From now on, take it slowly (slowly), and this life will be filled with peace everywhere (everywhere)
